Big white head atop an amber body with just a smidgen of haze. The foam settles into cragginess with lots of cling. Standard Belgian fragrance. The beer is quite sweet, with tones of mango, banana, and, as Dois Corvos’s official description attests, coconut. It’s almost confectionary; goes down easy, with little evidence of alcohol. Feel is smooth and rather surprisingly light. An enjoyable, if unimposing, representative of the Belgian style.
