Copenhagen 24/4 2026. 44 cl can from Mad & Vin, Magasin. Kbh. K. Green can with a very yellow boy shooting destructive and very red rays from his eyes on the can.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as a 0,3 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a mild odor of ripe stone fruits soon overpowered by a sharp citric scent. Sweet peach and apricot. Grapefruit in abundance. Hint of petroleum.
Light carbonation- Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a tart streak. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
I will celebrate Catraio Craft Beer Shop any time if it tastes this good.
