Looks golden yellow with a foamy head,Some lacing in glass. Smells sort of fruity and malty, fresh hay, grass. Feels well put together, nice carbonation. This beer is slightly off date and still tastes like a farmhouse lager-well done. Overall this beats all macro lagers as far as I am concerned.

Pours clear, gold in color with 1/2 inch head. Taste is cereal, pale malt, herbal hops, and white sugar. Light bodied, sweet with light underlying bitterness, moderate carbonation. Makes for a nice and clean sessionable lager.

1/15/18: 500 ML bottle best before 9/26/18 , poured into large flute in one attempt. Darker straw yellow pour, ample white cloudy head, mild carbonation. Bitter malt aroma, wasn't expecting but pleasantly surprised. Taste less pronounced then aroma, floral malts, cereal, balanced taste. Smooth mouth feel, beer held it's own. Good drinking beer, will pick up again to enjoy in the summer.

500mL bottle, best before 09/22/2017
Slightly hazy golden body with a creamy off-white head. Aroma of pale malt and spicy & earthy hops. Hops take on a more grassy taste along with spice and earth, paired with sweeter grainy pale malt. Lighter body but very creamy, ample carbonation, finishing nicely balanced. This surprised me. For $1.69/500mL I may buy this again as something refreshing, cheap, and easy to drink while having some good flavors.

Picked up 500 ml for $1.79 at Bullseye Beverage in Smithtown. Smells good and looks better. Impressive head and lace, especially for a lager. Originates in a small Polish town on the Czech border that I have been through many times.
Floral and medicinal hops ally with smooth lager yeast to make a smooth, easy to drink lager that reminds me more of Czech brewing influences than those of its actual home country. At 5% alcohol, this is quite good in quantity and in warm weather.
