I’ve been drinking it on draft at Konfederacka Resto Bar in Kraków. It has a nice creamy head, good bitterness, an almost tangy aftertaste. I live here part of each year and drink a lot of Polish beers. Right now, this has become one of my two favorites, the other being Miłosław Pils.

500ml on-tap at Beer House, Krakow (6 PLN):
This one was a decent offering that came through quite balanced & was definitely easy to drink, it was however a little weak on the nose & I was expecting a little more from the beer. It was more sweet than I’d expected & had some creamy touches which I liked but carbonation levels were below average for the style & I was looking for it to be more crisp as well. Definitely one worth sampling if you find it in Poland but it’s probably not one that I’d rush back to I’m afraid.

Dark gold with a puffy head. 4
Sweet clean grain. 4
Honey granola, grain sack, and Noble spice. 3.75
Almost medium, round, chalky, crisp. 4
Proper pils. Goes sweeter + fuller than I want. Czech-style quality there, though. 3.75
