Pours cloudy deep brown, eggshell lacing for a head.
Smells of caramel, toffee, molasses and allspice.
Tastes of rich molasses and maple over biscuit and toast malts. Cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice over an oak wood finish.
Medium body with tingly carbonation on the tongue.
Rich, warming, spiced ale. Good Christmas beer with many of the classic winter warmer flavors done very well. Great for this style.
