Pours mostly clear golden, eggshell head retains well as a film.
Smells of botanicals and floral notes over a light citrus.
Tastes of light citrus, cracker, some oak, and potent botanicals ranging from herbal and floral to vegetal bitter.
Medium body, tingly carbonation on the roof of the mouth.
Interesting flavor that will be memorable but is a bit overwhelming. I love when a brewer takes a chance on something different. This one is probably not a success for most palates. I feel like the idea could work but the malt and hop is clashing with the botanicals too much in this version. Worth a try for novelty.
