Beer poured light amber/purple color, frothy head which quickly disappeared and thin lacing. A nice slightly sweet, fruity aroma. Clean on the palate, starts a little sour/yogurty (probably lacto;kettle sour). This sour has a light, effervescent mouthfeel. Overall, I really enjoyed this beer. It features a well-balanced fruitiness and tartness. Similar to blackberries, it ends with a subtle bitterness.
