Bought at the brewery. 16oz can for ~$6. Description: Imperial dark berry sour spelt, what and oats, blueberries, boysenberry, blackberry, blackcurrants, and vanilla.
A&S: Plum-colored beer. Pour a fizzy pinkish head that fades to a spare layer quickly. Strong berry aroma. Main part of the aroma is blueberries. This is accompanied by candy sugar (like sprees or tropical skittles), vanilla
T&M: Upfront I am mostly getting blackberries. This beer is tart more than puckeringly sour. Blueberries and tart finish. Pretty awesome feel to this beer. The oats add just enough smoothness while it maintains a crisp, sharp profile that bubbles up. Acidic slippery feeling on the teeth.
Overall: Not a huge fan of kettle sours, but this one beats my expectations. Pretty solid.
