Poured Lady Roja into a goblet.
A - Pours red with a foamy pink head that settles quickly.
S - Not much on the nose, a bit of a wine aroma.
T - Flavor is mild berry, and not very tart.
M - Medium high carbonation. Light crisp mouth feel and somewhat dry.
O - Very drinkable, but probably best suited to someone who is just beginning to drink tart/sour beers.
