L - pours a crystal clear amber. Golden maple syrup with a big-bubbled head.
S - lightly fruity and grapey. Smells like white wine, perhaps a moscato or pinot gris. Orange blossom and lemon candy.
T - sweet, piney, and juicy fruity. Orange chocolate syrup, grape candy, and candied malts. Crisp with a spearminty freshness. Lingering sticky hop bitterness.
F - solid creaminess. Not too much carbonation. A little sticky, but overall a nice complement to an 8% beer.
O - pretty standard west coast fare, with a touch more maltiness that comes in the form of sweetness. Lots of syrupy candied flavors.
