8.5% imperial stout brewed with Madagascar vanilla beans, cinnamon sticks from Spicewalla in Asheville, and fresh habanero peppers. A delicious milk chocolate treat with a bit of heat on the back end for some of these cold nights by a fire pit.

Appearance: Arrives espresso colored with a one finger head; spotty lacing
Smell: Chocolate and cinnamon dominant with hints of vanilla and habanero
Taste: Chocolate and cinnamon forward with some heat from the habanero building; vanilla emerges, after the swallow, and provides some sweetness to the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium to full body with moderate carbonation
Overall: A little brother to some of the big chili pepper stouts but very drinkable

A: The beer is jet black in color and poured with no head whatsoever.
S: Light aromas of chocolate and hints of chili peppers are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of chocolate malts with notes of habanero peppers and hints of cinnamon. No alcohol is perceptible.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied and a little smooth on the palate with a low to moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer seems to be a little too light in body compared to other beers in the style, but in this respect it is quite easy to drink.
