We brew this little brown ale with a blend of NC base malt and European flavor malts, along with a handful of oats for a silky mouthfeel. We then aged the beer on coconut and a touch of cocoa nibs for a well-balanced chocolatey coconut crusher. Super easy to drink and perfect for this time of year.

On tap at the 2016 NCBMF.
Murky brown body with no head.
Nice contribution from the coconut, but a very blase brown ale base.
Overly light carbonation doesn't help.
