A: Pours a very hazy medium to dark golden honey in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate bright yellow + medium golden yellow + brassy + burnt orange colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall sudsy foamy white head that slowly reduces to a large patch of medium thick film covering a little more than 75% of the surface of the beer surrounded by a large patch of very thin film and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate to significant amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of juicy citrus/orange, citrus/lemon, tropical/papaya, and mango hops as well as light aromas of herbal hops and light to moderate aromas of biscuit + oat + grainy malts with a hint of grainy sweetness.
T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors or biscuit + oat + grainy malts with a hint of grainy sweetness. That is followed by slightly stronger than moderate flavors of juicy citrus/orange, citrus/lemon, tropical/papaya, and mango hops as well as light flavors of herbal hops which impart a hint of bitterness which fades away quickly leaving light to moderate lingering tropical + citrus =herbal hop flavors.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Very light amounts of soft/fluffiness mid-body and a hint of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a subtle though pleasant fluffiness in the mouthfeel. Enjoyable with a nice combination of tropical + citrus + herbal hop flavors and aromas.

Appearance: Builds through the bubble show two finger head crowning the cloudy honey colored liquid; lacing splatters around, leaving a shard or two
Smell: Papaya, kiwi and lime tones
Taste: Tropical fruit forward, with the papaya and kiwi tones arriving first; the bitter tones of a lime arrive, through the middle, with the bitterness persisting through the finish, though the more delicate tones still linger
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: A nice, though somewhat austere, DIPA; good addition to the NE IPA roster coming from NC breweries

Had this at the brewery on tap. Plus a very hazy orange, similar to a Northeast style IPA/Pale. Aroma is full of orange and mango, followed by a wonderfully hoppy and fruity taste. Mouthfeel is smooth and velvety likely due to heavy use of flaked oats. The citrus and fruit flavors lingers on the palate and this IPA is absolutely delicious.
