This is a hazy IPA brewed with lactose sugar and aged on mangoes and vanilla beans. Added more vanilla and fruit to this batch and the mango flavor is prominent, with a nice creamy vanilla on the back end. Slightly changed up the hops as we work to perfect this one: Simcoe, Mosaic, and Citra in the dry hop.

A: Pours an extremely murky milky golden honey in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate medium bright yellow + burnt orange + straw yellow colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall sudsy foamy white head that reduces to a large patch of very thin film covering a little more than 50% of the surface of the beer and a very thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of mangos along with moderate aromas of juicy tropical/mango, citrus/orange, and citrus/grapefruit hops. Light aromas of biscuit + oat malts with a light to moderate amount of lactose sweetness. Light aromas of vanilla.
T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors of biscuit + oat malts with a light to moderate amount of lactose sweetness. That is followed by light flavors of vanilla and moderate to strong flavors of mangos. Finally there are moderate flavors of juicy tropical/mango, citrus/orange, and citrus/grapefruit hops which impart a hint of bitterness which fades away quickly leaving light lingering slightly sweet vanilla mango.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly soft/fluffy mid-body with a hint of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with very well hidden alcohol. Really nice NEIPA and I really enjoy the combonation of vanilla + lactose + mango. Could definitely have a couple of these.

New England style IPA with Mango, Appearance is the typical hazy/cloudy look of the style and the mouthfeel is smooth and full-bodied. Aroma and flavor is full of mango and orange citrus. Nice light bitterness underneath the heavy fruit flavor for a very balanced finish.
