A: Pours a very murky almost milky golden honey in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate amounts of pale golden + orange + bright yellow + burnt orange colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense sudsy foamy bright white head that slowly reduces to a large patch of thin film covering the entire surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate to significant amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of juicy citrus/grapefruit, citrus/grapefruit zest, tropical/pineapple, stone fruit/peach, dank/resinous, and herbal hops over the top of light to moderate aromas of biscuit + oat + wheat + caramel malts with light amounts of caramel sweetness.
T: Upfront there are just shy of moderate flavors of biscuit + oat + wheat + caramel malts with light amounts of caramel sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy citrus/grapefruit, citrus/grapefruit zest, tropical/pineapple, stone fruit/peach, dank/resinous, and herbal hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which fades away pretty quickly leaving just shy of moderate lingering citrus + tropical + herbal hops.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Moderate amounts of soft/fluffiness mid-body and a light amount of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a very pleasant mouthfeel. Enjoyable hop profile though not quite a juicy/fruity as I have come to prefer in my NEIPAs . Would be interested in trying out some of the other versions/hop combinations.

Version 8
Appearance: Pours thoroughly hazy and honey colored with two fingers of foam layered on top; squiggles of lacing abound
Smell: Papaya, apple and a hint of kiwi
Taste: Papaya, kiwi and apple forward with some pithy bitterness, through the middle; juicy finish
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with moderate carbonation; a little aqueous
Overall: Not sure what hops were used here but this is an enjoyable NE IPA, not my favorite blend of fruit flavors, however
