Appearance: Arrives cloudy and the color of apple cider with a little pomegranate syrup mixed in; the head is minimal but leaves a wisp of lacing
Smell: Wheat bread, pomegranate and salt tones, with hints of the apricot and mango
Taste: The pomegranate dominates with the apricot and mango developing alongside crust wheat bread; the salt appears in the middle and drives home the finish, though the fruit flavors linger
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation; salty aftertaste
Overall: A well- constructed gose with an interesting fruit combination; not my favorite but no complaints
