This hazy IPA is 6.5% ABV with intense citrus, pineapple and stone fruits. We dry hopped it with Mosaic and Australian Summer hops. As usual the mouthfeel is smooth and full. We’re really liking this one!

A nice beer but just one of a million others. Some citrus in the nose. Herbal dryness along with some minor fruit in the taste. Good finish with no chalkiness. Medium light body.

A: Pours a murky milky pale to medium golden peach in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising quickly along the edges of the glass and moderate bright yellow + pale golden yellow + pale orange colored highlights. The beer has a four finger tall dense sudsy foamy white head that slowly reduces to a large patch of thin film surrounded by a very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light to moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of juicy tropical/mango + citrus/grapefruit + stone fruit/peach + stone fruit/nectarine + tropical/pineapple hops over the top of light to moderate aromas of biscuit + oat + wheat + honey malts with a light amount of honey sweetness.
T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors of of biscuit + oat + wheat + honey malts with a light amount of honey sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy tropical/mango + citrus/grapefruit + stone fruit/peach + stone fruit/nectarine + tropical/pineapple hops which impart a hint of bitterness which fades away almost instantly leaving lingering tropical hops flavors.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly thin with a hint of soft/fluffiness mid-body and a very light amount of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol but it is lacking a little in the mouthfeel as there is a hint of thinness/wateriness (kind of like a session NEIPA but with a little higher ABV) that I wish was not there. Very enjoyable though with a really pleasant tropical hop profile. Would definitely have another of these.
