A: Pours a clear but almost opaque dark reddish purple in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising quickly along the edges of the glass and moderate deep garnet red + ruby red + burnt orange + copper colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall dense fizzy foamy pinkish white head that reduces to a large patch of very thin film covering a little more than 75% of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Minimal amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Just shy of moderate aromas of slightly sour wheat malts with a moderate amount of lacto + tart lemon citrus underneath slightly stronger than moderate aromas of tart and slightly sweet berries (raspberries, cranberries, and cherries). Hints of brininess.
T: Upfront there are slightly lighter than moderate flavors of slightly sour wheat malts with minimal amounts of grainy sweetness. That is followed by moderate flavors of lacto + tart lemon citrus. Finally there are slightly stronger than moderate flavors of tart yet still slightly sweet cranberries, raspberries, and cherries. Slightly heavier than light amounts of lingering tartness in the finish and hints of brininess.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Light to moderate amounts of acidic prickliness.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and just enough tartness (without being overly sour). Enjoyable with really nice flavors/aromas of the fruits over a very nice base gose. I could easily have a couple of these.
