A: Pours an opaque murky reddish purple in color with light to moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising quickly along the edges of the glass and moderate ruby red + garnet red + plum colored highlights. The beer has two finger tall fizzy foamy pale pink head that quickly reduces to a medium sized patch of very thin film covering a little more than 40% of the surface of the beer and a very thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of tart raspberries, lactose, and vanilla over the top of light aromas of slightly sour wheat malts with a light to moderate amount of lactose sweetness and light aromas of tart lacto lemon citrus.

T: Upfront there are slightly heavier than light flavors of slightly sour wheat malts with a light to moderate amount of lactose sweetness and light aromas of tart lacto lemon citrus. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of slightly sweet/slightly tart raspberries, lactose, and vanilla. There are light to moderate lingering tart raspberry flavors in the finish.

M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Light amounts of acidic prickliness.

O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and refreshing. Perfect post-run beer on a very hot & humid afternoon. Enjoyable with really nice tartness, raspberries, and vanilla with just enough underlying lactose sweetness.
