A: Pours a milky murky pale to medium golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate bright yellow + pale yellow + faint burnt orange colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall dense creamy sudsy foamy bright white head that reduces to a medium sized patch of thin film covering a little more than 35% of the surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Light to moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of juicy tropical/pineapple, citrus/grapefruit, stone fruit/peach, and stone fruit/apricot hops over the top of light to moderate aromas of biscuit + oat + wheat + honey malts with a light to moderate amount of honey sweetness.
T: Upfront there are just shy of moderate flavors of biscuit + oat + wheat + honey malts with a light to moderate amount of honey sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy tropical/pineapple, citrus/grapefruit, stone fruit/peach, and stone fruit/apricot hops which impart a hint of bitterness which fades away almost instantly leaving lingering citrus + tropical + stone fruit hop flavors.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Initially crisp with a light to moderate amount of creamy/soft/fluffy mid-body and a hint of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a very pleasant creamy/soft/fluffy mouthfeel. Enjoyable with a really nice hop profile with lots of citrus, tropical, and stone fruit flavors + aromas.
