L: Soft hazy apricot and milky peach hues with a fluffy white head and copious lacing
S: Tangerines, nectarines, and mangoes on the nose
T: Burst of pineapples, gummy peach rings, and ripe clementines with a hint of creamy vanilla
F: Incredibly smooth and well carbed
O: High Branch continues to dial-in its IPA program and Wedding Ring represents the fruits of that labor. The current capstone of their ‘rings’ series, this beer elevates the base beers with a unique twist. Wedding Ring hides the high abv well and calls on a familiar silky smooth profile often seen in the higher end Tree House IPAs (e.g., King Julius, Very Hazy) - subtle bitterness, pillowy soft mouthfeel, and an explosion of tropical fruits. This is easily one of the best IPAs to come out of NC.
