You guessed it, its not really hazy (just a bit from the proteins and dry-hopping; we don't filter). Dry as can be, assertively carbed, and dare we say, a wonderful change of pace? We used a California ale yeast to ferment it out and keep the malt simple. Double dry-hopped with Centennial, Citra and Chinook. Tropical, juicy and a bit of bitterness to keep it real.
