A double mashed stout boiled for around 4 hours lending to a reasonably thick beer with a bit of roast. Not overly sweet but packed with peanut butter and dark chocolate flavors. All rounded out by a creamy vanilla and salty finish. This beer was mashed with local grains and aged on local cacao nibs from Videri Chocolate in Raleigh.
