Here is a double IPA produced with a process all new to us; this is something we are working on fine tuning with the goal to make this a new option for our brewing arsenal! This beer has more hops than we have ever used before. In addition to a double dry-hop regiment, we hit the second dry-hop with highly concentrated lupulin hop pellets. This creates less vegetal matter and more clean hop expression. Look for heavy notes of citrus, pine, peach, tropical fruits, and a touch of blueberry from double dry-hopping with Mosaic, concentrated Mosaic lupulin pellets, and Citra. This is, in our opinion, one of the most hop-saturated beers we have ever made.
