Hazy double IPA with marshmallow
Well, we might have gone a little crazy. But oh well, you cant take it too serious right? For the first time we’ve made a Hazy Double IPA and finished it with a crazy marshmallow treatment. Light hop character from double dry hop of Citra and El Dorado, resulting in a floral and citrus background. Then we hammered it with marshmallow with the marshmallow taking the forefront while still surprisingly balanced with the bitterness of the hops. This one was fun and reminds us that everyday we need to take chances with what can come out of this little brewery.
