You may have tried Whatcha Know About Little Citra, well here is the "Supercharged" version! We amped up the recipe with a higher ABV of 8.4% and drastically upped the hop load. We’re still in the process of fine tuning our "Supercharged” treatment but we can tell you we used a number of new hop products, but again, it's all the Citra varietal. We wont go into too much detail right now but we can say we dry hop it multiple times with both cryo pellets and traditional T90 pellets along with a new hop extract derivative in the kettle. We get a very full and rounded expression of the hop with very low bitterness and its incredibly smooth. The citrus and stone fruit hop flavor lingers through the sip and hangs on your tongue.
