Another beer we created in our exploration series of IPAs is something we call Oat Clouds. This beer is a hazy double IPA with a hefty addition of flaked oats and a bit of lactose (milk sugar) for additional smoothness.

Whenever you see the "Oat Clouds" label whether "Supercharged" or "Little", you know it will get our oats and lactose treatment creating some of the smoothest IPAs we have made to date. This one was double dry-hopped with additions of Galaxy and Citra. Two hops that together create a beautiful harmony of candied oranges, tropical fruits, and a light dankness.
