The next beer we created in our, exploration series of IPAs is here, Little Oat Clouds. This beer is a hazy IPA with a hefty addition of flaked oats and a bit of Lactose (milk sugar) for additional smoothness. Just a reminder when you see the "Oat Cloud" label you know it will get our oats and lactose treatment creating some of the smoothest IPAs we have made to date.

This one was dry-hopped with additions of Mosaic, El Dorado and Simcoe. Heavy on the stone fruit and incredibly drinkable.
