Whatcha Know About Mosaic Hotsided - part of our IPA series featuring different hops. All Mosaic hops in this hazy double IPA, and it was the first time we used Mosaic in the kettle (hence, hotsided). We moved some timing around to play with the effects of the Mosaic hops hot side AND also dry-hopped with fresh Mosaic. We are getting lots of delicious citrus and tropical notes on this one!
