A beer style all new to us, it's not at all what the name implies. Brewed with flaked corn and local pilsner, this beer is fermented quite dry. Coming in at 5% with low hop presence and is highly drinkable. We are really enjoying this one and the crispness it brings as an ale. Fermented cool for low esters and low fruit character with a very light bitterness from the Willamette hops. This beer is very much "the lightest thing we have."
