Summer Body - Toasted Cacao Nibs, Roasted Virginia Peanuts And Salty AF Pretzels

A multiple mash stout boiled for hours on our new brewhouse. Fermented with a clean American yeast for a couple weeks. Then we toasted some cacao nibs prior to adding to the beer. The beer was also aged on Virginia roasted peanuts and salty mini pretzels. Excessive notes of peanuts and a balanced salinity, a true expression of peanuts in the aroma and in the flavor. Followed by a nice milk chocolate note.
