The same thick and delicious stout base coming in at 10.6% ABV. We aged this version on pounds and pounds of coconut, along with a large addition of sun dried Thai Bananas. We then utilized a balancing addition of cinnamon in an effort to tone down the sweetness. We get a wonderful blend of fruity coconut, chocolate, and cinnamon.
