A 50/50 blend of a bourbon barre- aged stout (over a year) and a fresh imperial stout. Aged on in-house processed Madagascar vanilla beans at close to a pound per barrel. Then aged on maple and coffee beans for a short period of time to not over extract the flavors. A light booziness on the back end yet quite smooth and delicious.
