We have felt like brewing IPAs has been a bit repetitive in the brewhouse so we decided to explore the possibilities with these beers. We took a typical hazy IPA grain bill of wheat, oats, and local malts but we took the beer in a different direction in the kettle. We have adjusted our process by adding El Dorado Cryo pellets to the hot side. These little pellets are concentrated lupulin transporters with far less vegetal matter bringing more hop flavor to your taste buds. After the kettle treatment we double dry-hopped it with Centennial, Citra, and more El Dorado loading it with precious aroma and flavor. We get notes of cantaloupe, light citrus fruits, and a light dry pine bitterness.
