A big ole’ imperial stout fermented with an American ale yeast. Double mash, long boil, and built for sipping. We went heavy on the vanilla beans with this one and layered in the chocolate via toasted cacao nibs. Lastly we added a bit of caramel flavored coffee from out favorite flavored coffee roaster. We find it creamy, indulgent, and wonderful.
