New hybrid west coast/hazy IPA brewed with local wheat and barley. Super dry and drinkable yet still a medium body from the wheat. A drastic change change in hop usage and timing for us from the hops in the kettle to the double dry hoping with Cashmere, Citra, Mosaic, and El Dorado Cryo hops. We get overripe stone fruit, citrus, and light grassy bitterness. Well balanced and delicious with a manageable ABV.
