This is TJ here. As the month of May wraps up I want to point out that this is #mentalhealthawarenessmonth. This is something very important to me.
I am someone who has been diagnosed with General Anxiety Disorder and Depression. I'm on medication and I go to therapy. People who know me well know where I have been, my therapist insisted I go on medication when I hit what I hope was the lowest point in my lifetime. I just want to say I know what its like and this is genuine. All that said, I'm here to say it can get better.

I know there are plenty of people out there just like me. But there are also many who suffer in silence. I have been there, I know it's hard to ask for help, it's uncomfortable to talk about it, I hated the idea of antidepressant medication. But honestly, real truth, you are not alone. I'm here to help break the stigma.

Last year was the first year we joined this initiative and we are releasing our IPA in 16 ounce cans this Friday. A portion of the sales will go to @hopefortheday, our contribution to support people who feel they need a little help.

Not only now, but as long as we are here, we hope you find our brewery is a safe space to be who you are, no judgement. Come out, enjoy responsibly, or even just sit with others and dont buy anything. We are all in this together.
