A: Pours a clear very pale yellow in color with moderate to heavy amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and faint pale golden yellow + straw yellow colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall soapy sudsy foamy bright white head that reduces to a handful of small patches of thin film surrounded by a large patch of mottled very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Light to moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of lager yeast along with light to moderate aromas of bready + grainy malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness. Light aromas of grassy hops.
T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors of bready + grainy malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness. That is followed by moderate flavors of lager yeast. Finally there are light flavors of grassy hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which fades away leaving a relatively clean finish.
M: Light bodied with moderate to heavy amounts of carbonation. Crisp with a clean finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a crisp light mouthfeel. Enjoyable and a little more flavorful for a Light Lager than some of the mainstream big brewing offerings - still light and easy drinking.
