Deep crimson with an orange highlight, thin layer of frothy foam that settles to a thin skim with spotty lacing all around.
Natural fruity aroma, strawberry fruit leather, strawberry juice, somewhat acidic. Floral strawberry blossoms as it warms.
Puckering sour taste with juicy strawberry coming through in a big way. Very fruit forward, not so much barrel complexity. Sour and juicy, a touch vinegary, light to medium bodied, vinous, lower carbonation. Overall it was a sour strawberry juice bomb. Pretty good for what it is.
