Bottled May 22, 2017.
Clear, light gold. Vigorous pour produces minimal head. Microscopic lacing and islands.
Distinct pineapple aroma, citrus, slight funk.
Prominent pineapple flavor up front, lemon, melon. Somewhat more tart as the glass warms. Yeast contribution similar to other CB ales.
Smooth, medium mouthfeel.
Pineapple complements the hops, grains and yeast used. Not extremely tart. Enjoyable beer on a hot afternoon. Love to try this on tap.
