Appearance – Hazy yellow body with a thin layer of head that was loud and fizzy.
Aroma – Floral, yeasty, peppery, with notes of wildflower honey.
Taste – Floral and grassy with definite yeast notes. Some honey flavor but not very sweet. A little peppery, with some breadiness in the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel – Not too thick but it coats the tongue, probably the honey influence. Not unpleasant.
Overall – An interesting experiment by these guys. They definitely did put the yeast first as intended
