A very bright, citrusy & juicy American-style IPA with the maltiness to back it up.
Maris Otter, Vienna & Crystal malts are used to create a rich wort with notes of honey, bread crust and roasted nuts. Warrior, Millenium & Cascade hops are added in the boil to counter natural sweetness of the vast amount of malt used in making Timber Snake IPA.
To finish, we dry-hop with over one pound per barrel of Mosaic & Amarillo hops. Amarillo lends the majority of the citrus notes (grapefruity & lemon peel) while Mosaic dominates with tropical fruit notes (mango, papaya & berries).

This one pours slightly hazy, with quite a bit of foam. It’s a juicy one. I found this decent enough.
Enjoyed direct from the source at the brewery.

Looks like Blackwater decided to brew one of its classic IPAs for old times sake.
Had this beer from tap at the brewery, poured into an English pint glass. Clear golden yellow color with good head and lacing. Dank pine and citrus smell and taste. Pleasantly old school. Good feel and overall a nice IPA.

On tap. Pours a golden-copper color with a half finger white head that leaves several inches of lacing. The nose is citrus hops with a hit of cascade hops. Taste is a decent malt backbone with cascade, amarillo, and citrus hops. Medium-light body and medium carbonation.
The layers of hops are done subtly and the cascade and mosaic shine through the most. It's almost under-hopped and carries minimal bitterness. Balanced and malt forward.

Dark amber in color. Head disperses quickly, but what little there was..was off white. The nose is heavy of hops and is the taste. The after taste and followup flavors hints at chestnuts and almost a honey flavor, but not too heavy. Good beer.

One draft in their College Station, Texas bar and one can from their Bryan, Texas brewery.
The can lists 6.8% alcohol, no IBU. The draft board listed ABV 7.6 IBU 39.
The head quickly dissipated leaving good lacing. The beer is crystal clear light amber.
Mouth feel is light.
Pleasant aroma of citrus hops. The hop bitterness remains on the tongue making me long for some chicharrones.

On the malty side but it has a strong hop background.
