Visited this brewery during Covid-19. Staff was extremely friendly. Service was excellent. Their beer selection was limited but I believe this was because of the pandemic. The beers they did offer were pretty good. I enjoyed them all for the most part. Definitely will revisit.

Nice little spot that you'd miss if you blink while driving through the town. The building doesn't really resemble a brewery/brewpub at all. It looks more like an old theater or something. However, don't be fooled, it's worth checking out. The beers were solid, the food was very good too and the vibe was chill. I'd go back for sure.

Very cool atmosphere in a renovated historic building. Large bar area with high ceilings while the dining area is smaller and a little cramped but not bad at all. When driving through Quakertown, it would be easy to miss this place if you're not looking.

The Proper has become one of my wife's and mine go-to places. The staff, especially Melissa who works at the bar, are super nice and very welcoming when you come in. The beer selection is very good and the quality of the food is outstanding. Their Reuben is now my "bar" to which all other Reuben sandwiches are judged by. Just that good. For the non-beer drinker, they offer locally sourced wines, usually from Stone & Key in North Wales, PA. The cocktails that they make are also very tasty but a bit over-priced for what you get, in my opinion. The atmosphere is really chill with several flat-screens in the bar area which usually feature some sort of sporting event or local team sport. They occasionally offer live music which is also a nice addition. Highly recommended.

had dinner, had a flight of 4 beers plus a pint of another.
they have a room in the front with dinning tables and then a bar area in the back with high top tables. they have a large venue room in the very back of the building. there are some TV's around the bar.
they have 10 beers on tap - a Blonde, a couple flavored Wit beers, a Pale, two IPA's, and 3 Stouts - a milk stout, cherry stout, and coffee stout. so a decent variety of styles - mostly basic stuff, nothing too adventurous. they beers had had ranged from average to good. The Citra IPA and the Coffee Stout were best.
Food is a fairly standard pub menu - appetizers, flat breads, salads, sandwhiches, and burgers. The burgers we had were good. service was good too.

One of the few local breweries I'd take out of town guests to. The variety of the beers runs pretty much industry standard, but the quality is pot on for the styles they're going for. It is fast becoming a prime hangout for locals, and it has a decent rep in local circles. The staff are friendly and more than willing to assist with your selection choices.

Real nice place to veg-out. Great layout and very friendly staff. It has a very modern look even though you are in a building with great history. Saturday nights has live entertainment and an additional bar in the back room. Overall, a great experience. You have to check it out.
