Man does not live by bitterness alone. The third beautiful can in the latest collection is SOULSIDE JOURNEY.
This is the first New England IPA style beer, for which we used liquid London Fog yeast, legendary for being the best in the style, for fermentation. Thanks to this, the beer is suitably hazy and very fruity, with a velvety mouthfeel.
In this version, our NEIPA was hopped with Bravo, Cashmere, Mosaic and Citra varieties, which brought notes of tropical and citrus fruits, such as oranges, pineapple, mango, melon, passion fruit and lemon.
Bitterness in the style, although probably in the upper range, hop rate 21 g/l.

Copenhagen 5/6 2021. 50 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Scratchy, abstract painting with what looks like swirling cloud formations.
Pours unclear pale yellow with a small white head. Fairly stable. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with sweet tropical fruits mingling with citrus fruit. Peach and mango. Chemical whiff. Citrus and grapefruit.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a light bitter undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Solid NEIPA - but a bit of the sweet and fruity side.
