MEADOWS OF HEAVEN is a West Coast IPA heavily hopped with Columbus (theoretically calculated 135 IBU), then turbocharged with aromatic El Dorado, introducing notes of pear, melon and mango, as well as citrus-pine Sultana, in whose profile there is also a strong pineapple. The beer is dry, fermented to 7% alcohol with 16 Plato, and extremely drinkable.

Copenhagen 16/5 2021. 50 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Some flowery plant-like specimens on the can with a wet background. Seems like you should remember your water proof boots when you go to Heaven.
Pours unclear yellow with big white head. Settles as thin, frothy layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light fruity sweetness mingling with a stronger, citric sour scent. Peach and mango with a touch of fermentation. Grapefruit and citrus. Dry vibe.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, slightly viscous, soft yet tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Solid Indian Pale Ale with a fermented touch.
