From a 750 ml bottle picked up at the brewery, into a La fin du monde tulip...not much head and the little there is dissipates right away, but...clear and really intense color in between crimson and ruby, that reflects and shows light in cool ways. nose Is pretty muted - touch of vinegar, a little cherry, and a hint of berry, though it gets better as it warms. Once it hits the tongue, lots of great things start happening: sour cherry, fleshy plum, lemon, very mild vinegar, some full and ripe berry. Mouthful makes me think: flavors are really full and it has a nice sourness to it, though it comes midway through not at the end and it wasn’t quite enough to get a picker. At the end, actually, it is fairly smooth and a little leathery. Definitely worth a shot.

Bottled two months ago.
Pours deep bright red with sticky white lacing. Very appealing look.
The nose is acetic sourness, lemon, and cherry.
The taste is a wallop of sour cherry, cranberry, lemon, and lime. Fleshy and bright and pretty damn sour (7/10 sourness). Hints of round vanilla and dry bitterness. Flavorful.
The mouthfeel is medium for the style, with mild drying.
Overall, very good. Gushing sour fruit.
