750ml Bottle
Capped/Bottle Conditioned
Bottled On: Dec 7, 2020
My first from this brewery.
Poured into a Westy glass a very nice hazy purple color, very nice carbonation, with a very nice thick/creamy one-finger off-white head, which also leaves some very nice medium size island, and huge oil slicks, and some pretty nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice dark fruit complex (cherries, raisins, figs, dates, prunes, grapes), very nice bourbon/oak, some vanilla, slight toffee. The taste is very nice, hoppy, malty, with a very nice dark fruit complex (cherries, raisins, figs, dates, prunes, grapes), very nice bourbon/oak note, pretty nice touch of vanilla, pretty nice touch of toffee, pretty nice sweetness. Full Body, ABV hidden very well, a very nice complex brew, a sipper for sure. Overall, a very tasty brew. Glad I got a chance to try it. Hopefully I will find some other's from this brewery.
