Pours clear gold with no head.
The nose is orange, peach, and white wine.
The taste is medium-sour orange, peach, and lemon with hints of cheesy funk.
The mouthfeel is medium for the style.
Overall, very good. I don't taste any spruce, which I suppose is a knock on the beer given its name, but the orange character is bright and refreshing, and the subtle cheesy funk adds some nice depth to a "quick" (kettle?) sour. Probably the best sour I've had from Jessup.
