750ml Bottle
Capped/Bottle Conditioned
Bottled On: March 24, 2021
Poured into a Tree House glass a very nice clean/clear dark golden orange color, very nice carbonation, with a very nice thick/creamy one-finger plus white head, which also leaves a very nice medium size island, and some very nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, yeasty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, mango, guava, pineapple), pretty nice oak note, some tart/sour notes, pretty nice funkyness. The taste is very nice, hoppy, malty, yeasty, with a very nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, mango, guava, pineapple), very nice touch of oakyness, pretty nice tart/sour/funkyness, nice little sweetness. Medium Body, ABV hidden very well, a very nice complex brew. Overall, a very tasty brew. Glad I got a chance to try it.

750ml bottle, bottled 3/24/21. Pours bubbly clear yellow gold with a huge rocky white head that retains well and leaves a little lacing.
The aroma is lots of funky brett with some fruit.
The flavor is earthy malts with lots of funky brett and some fruit leading to a decent bitter slightly acidic finish. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with very spritzy carbonation.
Overall, a very nice brett IPA.
