750ml Bottle
Capped/Bottle Conditioned
Bottled On: Nov 11, 2021
Poured into a goblet a very nice dark brown color, pretty nice carbonation, with a pretty nice thick/creamy one-finger light tan head, which also leaves a very nice medium size island, and some oil slicks, and some nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice chocolate/toffee, bourbon/oak notes, vanilla, licorice. The taste is very nice, hoppy, malty, with a very nice chocolate/toffee notes, some bourbon/oak, vanilla, nice touch of licorice. Medium Body, ABV hidden very well, a very nice complex/balanced brew, Overall, very tasty. Glad I got a chance to try it.
